Please check the following before calling the daycare:

	IBM or PC Compatible machine running Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.  If your version of Vista is prior to the release of SP1, Click here
	Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher (The software will not install or work with Firefox, Safari, or any other browser)  If you are installing for the first time on Internet Explorer 8, Click here
	Minimum "Power User" rights or "Computer Administrator".  (The software will not work If your User ID is a "Limited Account" )
	If you are trying to connect at work, please check with your IT manager first.  Most network administrators will block what they consider to be not "normal" web traffic.
	If you are using a 3rd Party Internet Security application. Make sure you "allow" or "enable access" during installation.

Effective September 2009, the digital signature for AverMedia (the program that connects your computer to the DVR's listed below) had expired.  Although this does not make it impossible to connect to the DVR's, it has made it a little more difficult.  This is a known issue and will be resolved as soon as possible.  We apologize for any inconvenience.  This ONLY effects computers that are trying to connect for the first time.  If you can already connect, this message does NOT pertain to you.  If you are trying to connect for the first time, or from a different computer, please follow the attached instructions
